This shot reminds me of one of those zombies in Call of Duty's World at War or Black Ops. "SHOOT IT AND REBUILD," is what I keep thinking to myself. I saw your other deviations from your shoot at that historical courthouse too. Kudos to you for thinking outside of the box and standing in front of a gassy-tinted window to achieve this atmospheric effect.

I gave you a perfect score for your artistic vision and originality, but the technique is a little sloppy in a couple of areas. I'm guessing there was something out of place around your right hand, so I see you used the Smudge tool to fix it. The lower left corner looks oddly colored too. It's a fantastic photograph overall, but there are some blemishes that pop out under close scrutiny. Patch it up and it will look fantastic.
