I only tweaked the levels for this photograph. The blur-motion occurred, because I left the shutter open for 2 and a 1/2 seconds as we were walking out of the Cincinnati Zoo. The bokeh rings were just droplets of rain on my fisheye lens. I kind of like them being there. This isn't too bad for an accidental shot, yeah?

Edit: Many people had questions on the lens I used. This was taken with a cheap, manual, wide angle fisheye lens. It's all-manual, so it doesn't make electronic contact the camera's body -- that's why the aperture is 1 and the focal length says 0. It was actually f/8 and 8mm.
