The Cincinnati Zoo (one of the best) has a new kitty exhibit. I couldn't get a good shot of the Tiger or the Puma, but Snow Leopard was literally right next to the glass.
I thought I'd hate the blue-ish glare, but I actually liked how it turned out after I burned selected areas. It makes a niiice wallpaper if you're a Mac owner.
The blue tint really does look great, and you captured the way the fur sits perfectly! I really like how you blurred the background, and the angle is great, as well as the perspective.
However, i feel as if you could've backed up a bit. His face kind of crowds the frame. Also, I think coming at it from the side (right or left) would add some variety. I do think the exposure could be raised a bit, but that's just personal preference.
Overall, this is amazing! You captured the intensity in his eyes really well, and the shadows fall perfectly, emphasizing his features. Great work!
This is so gorgeous! There's so much detail, and it looks like he's focusing intently on either killing me or showing a lot of interest in whatever he's glaring at like that. I'm definitely in love with your camera for getting such a well focused shot like this at zoo~
I like the blue glare a lot in this, it makes his/her eyes pop out a lot and really harmonizes with the background with out becoming monochrome or the same hues. Its very nice for a huge wallpaper in someone's living room or bedroom! A lot of people would agree that it's very beautiful and eye capturing. Nice work!
You're very welcome Well it doesn't surprise me that so many people like it!
Well you could try and see how it looks but I actually like that the colors are pretty subtle and not so much "in-your-face". It gives the whole piece a rather mysterious look.
